Andrew Pierce met Ashley Hudson at the church they attended in Hamburg. They realized at the time that this was a love perfect match. Ashley at the time was just seventeen at the time, and hadn't had an affair before, decided to take their time. The two fell in love on first sight. Andrew wanted God, on New Year's Eve, just prior to 2016to bless him with another blessing in 2016. He wanted Ashley to say yes. Ashley was looking for a rustic themed wedding with a folk theme that really represented her as well as Andrew. They incorporated their favourite things to create the perfect wedding. Ashley grew on 40 acres that were chosen as the venue. Ashley explored the area and had fun on every route they took to the field where they exchanged vows. Andrew, Ashley and their friends had already walked in the area many time when they started to get together. It was important to personalize the wedding since nearly every aspect involved the DIY of the groom and bride. Andrew Ashley's father and Andrew designed the ceremony arch as well as the seating area, while Ashley did a great deal of decorating and painting. Ashley states that we could never have the amazing wedding I had imagined if it wasn't for Anna's floral designs. Truly breathtaking.
